Executive Assistant
The Marketing Directors is seeking a candidate for the role of Executive Assistant in the Atlanta Home Office to support President and Executive Vice President in day to day operations as well as assist the Head Office in various tasks as needed, including sales and marketing proposal/marketing coordination, travel arrangements, and the management of expense reports. This individual is the go-to-source for information and keeps our office running smoothly; they are organized, self-directed, and proactive. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong written and verbal skills, demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and be flexible in both learning and outlook, as our priorities continually change with our fast-paced business.

Receptionist/Coordinator
The Marketing Directors, a national company with over 30 years of experience in residential sales and marketing is seeking a candidate for the position of Receptionist/Coordinator for a property in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess good secretarial, math, and computer skills, have a clear telephone voice, and be able to work well with people. An active Tennessee Real Estate License is preferred but not required. In a fast-paced Sales environment, employee will be responsible for meeting and greeting walk-ins, answering phones, managing the "UP" rotation, handling computer duties, database, correspondence, community mailings, assisting the Sales Manager and/or Director of Sales, overseeing the daily operation of the office, as well as coordinating the activities of the assigned community and sales agents.
